The Business Rescue service will incorporate the key responsibilities of the BRP process with a company, including but not limited to:
- A Comprehensive analysis of the company’s financial situation
- Preparing a detailed business rescue plan outlining achievable strategies for restructuring and implementing company finances, debt, and operations
- Managed workouts with creditors
- Arranging compromise offers with funders and trade creditors according to Section 155
- Offering Chapter 6 advisory services
- Conducting fraud detection and forensic investigations where these have been the root cause of business failure.
